You need to become a global citizen, no matter who wins. Because no matter who gains "power" the trends are set, and its not gonna be easy to change the direction of the ship.
Here is the recipe to insulate you from this inescapable future:
- Start living outside your country.
- Work towards more residencies.
- Open bank accounts everywhere
- Have a second (or third) home/apartment/condo.
- Pay lower taxes on your income.
- Pass this down to all your children.
So how do you do this?
You need to insulate yourself from the political winds, reduce your footprints back home, and have real freedom in your life.
After all, freedom is when you have options.
How can you do this in Thailand?
Any of the above options will allow you to easily spend multiple years in Thailand. And you can freely travel back and forth around the world with the above visas.
Don't hold your life hostage to the mainstream media, politicians, or elections. And let's be honest, while you might love the country of your birth, sometimes other places will treat you the best.
